BFL Day 23 & Last Day of School!

The boys have their last day of school today - Florian came home with a fabulous report card this morning, I am enormously proud of him and the hard work he put in this year. Good job, Florian! Felix and Gillis also did really well - their report cards came last week and were great.

It's always exciting to find out how they did. I went to the gym and was thinking about it, but was sure Florian would do well. I wasn't so sure about myself, however, as I really did not have the energy or motivation to do the HIIT run this morning. Maybe it was the heat, not sleeping too great in our muggy house, plus I had a headache this morning. So I thought about doing a run outside, or maybe just doing intervals on the cross trainer...but I just thought that I should just DO IT, get it over with, after all it is only 20 minutes - and maybe I would feel better afterwards. So that's what I did. And no, I don't really feel that much better physically, still got a headache, but mentally I am so glad I did it, because otherwise I would have been stressing out about it all day.

And now I really desperately need to get my shower and hurry off to pick up my two youngest boys from school. Let the summer begin!
