A hot and sunny summer day to kick off our summer vacation - what more can you ask for? I took Gillis to the new school he will start in September for their orientation day. It looked like they were going to have a good time. Then I headed home, changed into my workout clothes and biked to the gym. It is warm enough right now that it is not even too chilly in the morning to bike with just a tank top.
The gym felt like a sauna. I had to do upper body weights so after a quick chat with a lady I used to take Tai Chi with, I got started. It went fine but I am feeling very very tired, deep down in all my muscles, especially my legs. I suppose that is a good sign?

I think it is a good sign. Your muscles are adapting, they'll firm up, grow a bit and the rest of you will shrink, it's a good deal all around!
