Knowing someone with MS makes me personally aware of what this disease can do to somone's life. Today is the day for all of us to pay extra attention to it and support those who are battling it everyday:
My cousin's husband has MS and one of the runners in my squad had MS. So I was thrilled when Josh told me he was doing a 100k bike ride to help raise funds for it.
Heather, from my running group, is incredibly inspirational. She is always at training and never gives herself excuses. She fully believes that running helps her manage her condition better and she's testament to that.

We so often get wrapped up in our little problems that we often forget what other people are going through. Thanks for the reminder.
